The cuisines cover Italian, Indian and Thai with a few Nigerian specials while also offering a juice and coffee menu, all under one beautifully designed restaurant. The concept will work on the principle that we first taste food with our eyes and therefore all 4 concepts will have live cooking stations on view. The Red Fire Gourmet concept represents a Lifestyle brand; the brand is positioned to portray quality, excellence, and modern living.
